PURPOSE:
The
NEXMATION Software Installers / Implementers serve
the assigned clients by installing and implementing
the clients' software programs onsite or remotely.
DUTIES:
-
Follow detailed customer approved project plans
as blueprints for a successful, controlled
implementation of software products.
-
Assist in Training the customers' employees in
the proper and successful use of the installed
software.
-
Develop and execute testing for successful
achievement of benchmarks in the project
lifecycle
-
Perform financial review of all data within the
scope of the assignment to document successful
implementation.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-
Experienced in the establishment, implementation
and maintenance of MRP, ERP, Finacial
Accounting, Logistics, EDI, Lifecycle
Management, and or Supply Chain Management IT
software, hardware, and networked systems in a
live environment.
-
Thorough understanding of GAAP accounting
principles, Inventory Control and Costing
Methods, Mainstream Software applications such
as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, Sage,
Great Plains, etc...
-
Educational Requirements include Computer
Science Degree or Financial Accounting Degree
from accredited four year institution.
-
CPA, SAP Certification, or other Professional or
Software specific endorsements are a plus.
Security Specialists
PURPOSE:
The
NEXMATION IT Network Security Analyst serves the
assigned clients by identifying and protecting the
clients' business and IT environment from
destructive acts upon client data from external and
internal forces.
DUTIES:
-
Conduct thorough technical security assessments
of assigned client data environments.
-
Identify assigned system weak points vulnerable
to probing, stealing, attacking and compromising
systems.
-
Develop improved data security strategies and
revised security policies.
-
Lead the support effort for the development and
application of encryption technology,
penetration and vulnerability analysis of
various security technologies, and
information technology security research to
translate customer requirements
into software and hardware security
specifications.

Implement all client approved security policies
and procedures.
-
Validate client compliance with all client
approved security policies and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experienced in the establishment, implementation
and maintenance of security policies and
procedures.

Thorough understanding of hacking attack
techniques, e.g... security breaches, system
penetration techniques, and system invasions.

Experienced in assessing an organization’s
ability to
preserve the confidentiality, integrity and
availability of its information
assets.

Experienced in identifying vulnerable
network, hardware, and software configurations.

Managed the interface of business processes with
data security procedures.

Knowledgeable in the use of various security
tools.

Effectively managed customer expectations and
relationships relationships to ensure client
satisfaction.

Demonstrated written and oral skills, e.g..
documentation skills.

Possesses specific knowledge in the analysis of
vulnerability data:
- Working knowledge of databases: e.g.. SQL
- Hands on experience and skills in various
operating environments (examples: Unix, Unix
derivatives, Windows, and Mainframe
environments)
- CISSP or equivilent designation

Consultants
PURPOSE:

NEXMATION Manufacturing IT Consultants serve the
assigned clients by reviewing, installing and
implementing the clients' software programs onsite
or remotely.
DUTIES:

Sales Representatives
PURPOSE:
The
NEXMATION Sales Representative leverages existing
industry experience and contacts in order to build
long lasting customer relationships.
DUTIES:
-
Build upon personal experience and contacts in
order to build long term client relationships
within our core markets.
-
Develop a sales plan and assist in setting goals
for assigned territory in order to increase
Nexmation's market presence.
-
Assist Corporate Management or Regional
Management in prospecting, closing sales, and
facilitating a positive ongoing
relationship with the clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-
Experienced in sales and or support of MRP, ERP,
Financial Accounting, Logistics, EDI, Lifecycle
Management, and or Supply Chain Management IT
software, hardware, and networked systems.

Project Managers
-
Provide pre-sale
support to the Sales team to gain potential
customers’ confidence in products and
implementation services capabilities.
-
Set and manage
potential customers’ expectations and
convincingly deliver comprehensive services
proposals.
-
Construct detailed
customer approved project plans as blueprints
for a successful, controlled implementation of
software products.
-
With appropriate
managers, staff the assigned account with the
appropriate experienced resources per the
implementation plan, and ensure that the
appropriate customer knowledge transfer occurs
resulting at project conclusion, in customers’
self-sufficiency, and are so satisfied that they
readily agree to be strong, positive references
for future customers.
-
Manage approximately
2 to 15 staff per project. Supervision may
encompass consultant staff, customer staff,
and/or business partners’ staff.
-
Build, foster,
maintain and fortify strong, positive
relationships with all participants during all
phases of the projects to ensure customer
satisfaction. This includes all internal
customer service partners and with third party
service providers.
-
Maintain overall
responsibility for approximately 1to 3 customer
account implementations.
-
Serve as the
customer project control interface between the
customer, the sales team, product development
team, customer support team, and any other
involved, project relevant teams.
-
Provide proof of
quality measurements to ensure customer
satisfaction through the project life cycle.
-
Provide transition
guidance to customers’ final vision goals, i.e..
their desired state environment.
EDUCATION
and ORIENTATION TO THE SALES & SERVICES TEAM
The PM will be expected
to remain current with new developments of SOFTWARE
products that are prominent in today's industry.
Other project management education may occur as
appropriately determined and scheduled by his/her
services manager. Training may begin at
Headquarters. Further training may follow at select
regional offices.
CANDIDATE LOCATIONS
PREFERRED
The successful candidate
must be flexible in the event there is a requirement
for assistance in any region of the continental USA.
Travel is an essential part of a successful
candidate’s work environment to ensure optimum
communication and relationship building with
customers and all project teams via regular
in-person meetings.
II. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Summary
Required:
-
Project Management
experience is required including detailed,
clearly documented, customer approved project
plan development, presentations and plan
approvals for small and large-scale projects.
-
Experience is
required with customers’ business and technical
implementation issues relative to the
implementation of SOFTWARE products.
-
Excellent analytical
and problem solving skills must be apparent,
including anticipatory, pro-active approaches to
maintaining project scope control.
-
Excellent
communication skills are required, especially
staff and customer leadership skills. Ability to
take charge, be convincing and assertive but
diplomatic in maintaining project scope control
and achieving deliverable commitments are key
attributes of a successful project manager.
-
The successful
candidate must possess effective speaking and
writing skills, and thus be a strong proponent
of thorough documentation, e.g.. To propose and
develop project plans.
-
Experience could
have been acquired from within the Manufacturing
industry, the services consulting business, or a
software vendor of competitive or similar
products. Especially valuable would be
experience in orchestrating projects’ technical
expertise from both internal and external (e.g.
3rd party service provider) sources.
