- Project Design

  We offer needs assessments, recommendations, and implementation project management and staffing services for commercially available and open source Financial Accounting, ERP, MRP, and CRM systems.  We perform assessments and recommendations for virtually any IT systems that your company is considering.  This process involves gathering data from management, and the prospective users of the system.  Making a priority list of the needs of management and the goals of the organization along with requested features from users.  We then fully research all available systems which have potential to fill your companies requirements.  We compile feature comparisons, participate in demo's with the vendors in conjunction with management, and finally report our findings and recommendations as to which software merits further review.  This service saves management valuable time in the evaluation of new systems and our experience in evaluating systems helps ensure that all of the right questions get asked.

- Data Conversion
  When implementing a new system, your company will have years of legacy data which can be imported into your new systems.  We can provide full data conversion in order to make sure that your company's valuable data will successfully be imported into your new system utilizing ETL tools as well as custom programs when needed.

- Data Integration
  Do you have data in your accounting or information system that could be of use in another of your systems, perhaps a CRM system, or e-commerce system?  We can provide data integration between your systems utilizing live data or by syncing the data between the two systems in batches for security of your company's data.
