IT Staffing & Consulting Sales Professional:

We are looking for 10 "Nexmation Authorized Sales Representatives" to work from various locations around the country.

Opportunity
If you are interested in a sales career where you have a legitimate 6 figure income potential, and work in a prestigious technology based field then we need to talk.  We will give you all of the support you need to succeed, you supply the ambition.  IT staffing and consulting services are a multi billion dollar industry, with major players like IBM, SAP, Perot Systems, the Big 6 accounting firms, and hundreds of smaller firms all thriving.  Our advantage in the market is that we are able to offer the same services, and quality of staffing contractors for significantly less money than the major competition.  Single sales in this industry can range from a few thousand dollars to a few million dollars, with you earning a healthy percentage of each sale you make.  You provide the sale, we provide the service. 

Responsibilities:
You will be selling our full line of services from IT Staffing (Contractor positions for top level talent), IT consulting (Project Management, Custom Development, Network Security, Website development, and Marketing), and Developing and following up on leads for our full line of services.  If you are good at sales, but fuzzy on the services we offer, training will be provided.  Your primary responsibility is to develop new leads through outbound marketing.  Assistance in closing sales is provided to you through documentation, web meetings, and in person sales closing for larger accounts. 

In short, even if you aren't an expert on our services, we will help you through the process and help you make the sale. After the sale is made, we provide the service to the customer, and pay you a commission. 

Requirements

• Located near a major city
• Must have dedicated phone and internet connection
• Experience in outbound phone sales preferred
• Comfortable selling to executive & "C level" prospects at small to mid sized corporations ($5-$100 Million)
• Previous direct sales experience is preferred, but not always required depending on your specific talents, connections, etc...
• Basic knowledge of IT technology, terminology and practices.  - Sales acumen is more important that technical knowledge for this position
• Professional appearance and phone presence
• Knowledge of Major ERP, MRP, CRM, and Accounting Systems is helpful but not required 
• Basic Knowledge of common development environments and programming technologies, like: PHP, ASP, .NET ,C#, Java, websphere, etc... is helpful but not required

Location:
Nationwide - You can be located near any major city for this position.  Our company is headquartered near Cleveland, Ohio, but we provide our services to companies Nationwide.  You will be able to work from home, and still be part of a larger team.

Compensation:
This is a commission only - Sub Contract position. You must be comfortable working in this type of environment to be considered.  We pay a generous commission on every sale you make, and a successful sales professional can realistically earn a 6 figure income in his first year.
